Liberica coffee is huge coffee berries characterized by having a smoky, nutty, dark chocolate notes when roasted or brewed. The beans are asymmetrical and almost almond and teardrop-shaped that has an exceptional aroma. It has dense flavors, smoldering, and appreciated by least. Liberica accounts for only 2% of global coffee consumption. As it isn’t widely cultivated, it is a rare commodity that is not easily be found anywhere. The low acidity is full body characteristics makes this coffee an ideal choice for milk coffee.
