Schedule Major Maintenance Plan

*Semi-annual maintenance (2 times per year).
*24/7 Phone Support.
*Troubleshooting services, spare part(s) are excluded.
*Dismantle coffee machine’s casing for major cleaning on:

• The Brewer – (Further Dismantle is required for cleaning on detailed parts of the brewer)
• The Grinder – (Cleaning on grinder plate & blade)
• Overall cleanliness inside coffee machine

*Run programmed cleaning with cleaning agents on:

• Descaling Coffee Machine
• Cleaning Coffee Machine

*This maintenance will take up to 2 hours or more.

On-Site Servicing

*On-site service available in Klang Valley.
*Out of Klang Valley: all cost for on-site service will be bourned to customer.
*Troubleshooting services, spare part(s) are excluded.
*Cleaning and Descaling will be done on the machine.
